This deals with the Visible Index System, Accession Cards and
Accession Registers. Periodical recording System is a simple recording
system of 8x5 inch cards, designed specifically for keeping track of
periodical subscriptions. One card per title, each card is printed both
sides to show deliveries and invoice information. Available in either
monthly, daily, weekly or plain sets. The visible index system is perfect
for storing the periodical recording cards. The system works in trays. The
basic unit is a tray with a top, a base, and one tray - additional trays can
be added up to a maximum of 12.70 cards per tray.
